Work & impact

- 01Led strategic consolidation and rebranding of global enterprise web applications following the FIMAT and Calyon acquisitions (multi-year, simultaneous projects).
- 02Enabled the firm to consolidate multiple platforms into a single coherent façade, delivering measurable brand and operational ROI.
- 03Grew, mentored, and led a geographically dispersed Global Portal Services team of 45 engineers across Chicago, Paris, London, and Singapore.
- 04Collaborated with the head of Global Data Management and a group of 25 data experts, BI developers, and architects on Enterprise Data & Information Management strategy, Business Intelligence, and analytical data integration (Data Warehouse, Data Mart, ODS, Master Data Management).
