• Design lead for the strategic consolidation of global web applications during FIMAT and Calyon company acquisitions. The mergers required compete rebranding of simultaneous projects over a 24-month implementation period.

• The company realized a significant brand ROI by enabling the firm to consolidate multiple platforms into a single façade.

• Grew, mentored and led a geographically dispersed Global Portal Services team of 45 engineers in the Chicago, Paris, London, and Singapore offices.

• Worked collaboratively with the head of Global Data Management in leading 25 data experts, BI developers, and architects on Enterprise Data and Information Management Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Analytical Data Integration (Data Warehouse, Data Mart, ODS, and Master Data Management).
